Maintenance Man Unlimited provides construction labor, clean up, janitorial, and general maintenance services in the state of Washington. All services are subject to availability and scheduling, and scope of work will be defined prior to commencement of any project.
Estimates provided by Maintenance Man Unlimited are based on information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, site conditions, or changes requested by the client. Any changes to scope after work has begun will be documented and may result in additional charges.
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Maintenance Man Unlimited reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on any project with outstanding balances. A late fee may be applied to invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe.
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Maintenance Man Unlimited reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Maintenance Man Unlimited carries appropriate licensing and insurance as required by the state of Washington (License No. MAINTMU777RO). While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the direct value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damages, or issues that arise from circumstances outside our control.
Maintenance Man Unlimited stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your service agreement. General workmanship concerns should be reported within 7 days of service completion so we can address them promptly.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
